Our Teaching Artists in Action
Our teaching artists are leading poets and performers. Their poems are not only studied in British schools and universities; their work been translated into dozens of languages and studied around the world.
They have performed from the Queen Elizabeth Hall to the Albert Hall in London, from Glastonbury to Glasgow, from Finland to Singapore, and New York to Albuquerque.
They have studied and delivered their teaching practice around the world in places as diverse as schools, prisons, universities and research institutes.

Jacob Sam La-Rose
A FIELD GUIDE FOR BELONGING was written by international poetry facilitator and Camena Tutor Jacob Sam-La Rose, commissioned as part of A Bridge Beyond project. Written in response to ideas, thoughts and words that emerged from poetry workshops with TY students in Donegal exploring the theme of Global Citizenship.
